Subject: Draft Initial Work plan and Communication and Visibility Plan

Dear Ms Deputy Minister, dear colleagues,

please find enclosed the 2nd draft of the Initial Workplan and the Communication and Visibility Plan. 

Thank you very much for your very valuable  cooperation in the  development of the WP and for expressing your needs and priorities which have been reflected in the WP. 

We have taken info consideration the WP of ILO as regards the delivery of training, manuals and checklists as well as  public awareness campaign to prevent overlapping.  However, many details (not clear now) will be individually agreed before each mission.

Budget part is under preparation and will be ready  tomorrow.  After completion of the budget I am planning to send it officially tomorrow to all Steering Committee members. I am sending  you  a calendar, however, the calendar is not a document to be approved  in the SCM, this is only our common tool for planning and will be regularly updated based on your needs and availability of experts. 

 If you have some other comments, please don´t hesitate to send it to me until tomorrow, or you can comment it during the Steering Committee meeting.
