HICD 2020 project kindly requests to submit the quarterly updates for in and third country training programs for the period of July1-September 30, 2018. The data submission deadline is COB October 2, 2018.

In the event of US-based training activities, the HICD 2020 Project provides participant processing services (including J-1 visa processing) for all USAID-funded participants at no cost. Because TraiNet is the entry point for J-1 visa processing data, US-based programs are automatically reported and therefore there is no need for implementing partners to include this information in their quarterly TraiNet reporting. The reporting requirement is only for in-country and third-country training.
For in-country training programs please fill out only the first 3 pages of the form, including the summary information on participants at the bottom of page 3. For third-country programs, the reporting will need to include basic information on each participant. Input fields for those participants can be found on page 4.
