გთხოვ იხილე დანართში მსოფლიო ბანკის ადამიანური კაპიტალის პროგრამის შესახებ ინფორმაცია, რომლის მიხედვითაც ფინანსთა სამინისტროს ხელმძღვანელობით უნდა დაიწეროს ადამიანური კაპიტალის განვითარების სტრატეგია შემჭიდროებულ ვადებში. პარასკევს ვიყავი შეხვერაზე ფინანსთა სამინისტროში, სადაც ჩვენ მივიღეთ დავალება, რომ კვირის ბოლომდე წარვადგინოთ 2-3 ამოცანა სტრატეგიისთვის.  HCI (Human Capital Index)-ში ინდექსაციის დროს გათვალისწინებული კომპონენტებია:

Survival: Probability of Survival to Age 5

Health: Faction of Children under 5 not stunted

Adult survival rate (15-60)

ამ ინდიკატორების გათვალისწინებით უნდა შევთავაზოთ ამოცანები.
