Subject: ETF SRM - Confirm Opt in

Dear Tamila Barkalaia,

You receive this email, because in the past you or your organisation has engaged with the ETF, in which occasion you have been added to ETF’s contacts database.

As you may know, a new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into effect on May 25, 2018, and for the EU on 11 December 2018.

We like to take advantage of the replacement of our aging contacts database with a new Stakeholders Relationship Management (SRM) system, to inform you about how we process and protect your personal data in our SRM, as described in the privacy statement attached to this email.

We also like to ask you to undertake some actions:

1) We like to ask you to provide, by clicking on OPT IN, your consent to receive mailings of ETF publications and invitations to ETF surveys, etc. If you do not opt in, you will not receive these system messages, but you and your data will still be in our SRM, and you may still be contacted on an individual basis.

2) If you prefer not to be contacted and not to be in the SRM database, you can reply to this message and ask to be REMOVED, and ETF will ensure that you and your data will be removed from our SRM.

Thank you in advance and kind regards,
