საოპერაციო დასკვნების პროექტში, რომელიც შეთანხმდა საქართველო-ევროკავშირის ასოცირების კომიტეტის ფარგლებში არის შემდეგი ღონისძიება:
Adopt the Employment Service Act in line with specific undertakings attached to EU financial support | By end 2019 (in line with MFA conditionalities) |
შემოთავაზებულ პროექტში ვადა იყო 2018 წლის ბოლო. როგორც საგარეო საქმეთა სამინისტროდან მაცნობეს, თარიღი ჯანდაცვის სამინისტრომ გადაასწორა და 2019 წლის ბოლო ჩაიწერა.
ჩანაწერიდან როგორც ჩანს, ღონისძიების ვადა უნდა იყოს მაკრო-ფინანსური დახმარების (MFA) პირობებთან შესაბამისობაში, შესაბამისად თუ ვგეგმავთ 2018 წლის ბოლომდე MFA-ს პირობის შესრულებას, აქაც უმჯობესია 2018 წლის ბოლო რომ იყოს მითითებული.
MFA-ს პირობა:
To support matching of demand and supply in Georgia’s labour market and contribute to higher employment, the Government of Georgia will adopt and start implementing a new medium-term labour market strategy with an action plan covering: labour market analysis and forecasting; the establishment of a public employment service and of a labour inspection system in line with international and EU standards; and the completion of the employment-related legal framework.
