As agreed, I am sending you the scanned page from Mediko's report that she handed us few days ago. The issues of concern are under the bullet # 5. (Sorry for the side comments - this is our only copy).
We also rechecked our semi-annual report to USAID (period October 18-March 19). There is a detailed descriptions of activities related to hiring the case managers with attached job description, training curriculum and the case management process description. The report was approaved.
