Dear Tamuna, Nutsi and Mari,

I am pleased to share statistics provided by GASW on the progress of the social model in Adjara for the first two months since the launch of the process in April. It gives the main parameters of the process, which we can complement with our observations from the field visits.

As this process is so complex and important, we suggest to establish a practice of regular joint review of progress achieved and necessary adjustments and correction measures between Ministry, UNICEF, USAID and GASW. If you agree, we would also like to propose to have a meeting in the week of 22^nd of July, provided you are available. I can be even more specific and suggest 23^rd July, but other days would also work.

Please let us know if you agree and we will proceed with contacting all the partners.
