on our last meeting i told you about the changes regarding the staff quantity and structure in SESA regional offices:

- In Adjara branch it should be one instead two  employments specialist and therefore in Guria regional Center should be added the position of a head.

- In Samegrelo- Zemo Svaneti the total number of specialists is the same, but the second employment specialist should be placed in Zugdidi  instead of Mestia.

- In the staffing chart (the second sheet) please take out the 7 senior specialist form the migration department and distribute them in regional centers : Tbilisi City Centre, Kakheti, Shida Kartli, Imereti, Guria, Adjara and Samegrelo. Beside this, in Tbilici City centre are only the employment specialists, in total 3.

Beside this, we would be very glad to hear from you and your colleagues your professional suggestions and recommendations regarding the SESA regional deployment in order to improve access of job seekers to SESA services on regional level. It would be also very useful to find the ways how to improve the cooperation with local business/private sector in our regions.
