We are working to revise and up-to-date our "new service model".

I'm sending to you the Georgian translation of the NSM-manual with our changes and comments. The English version of the manual is attached too.

Beside this, I'm sending to you two  info graphics showing the process flow of NSM for the job-seekers and employers, prepared by Mrs. Burkert. These graphics are showing the suggestions how the services should be processed.

Our request is to help us to improve the NSM manual and to implement all related instructions e.g. career guidance instruction, .. The service model shell reflect the real situation and shell be result oriented.

Please send your suggestions and recommendations till the end of next week, if the deadline is acceptable for you..
