• Click the ‘browse’ button and select the reference letter you created
• Click ‘Submit reference’. You will then receive an on-screen confirmation message. If you click the link above after submitting your reference, the on-screen confirmation message will still be visible.
• The applicant will receive an automated email to let them know that your reference has been submitted.
• To access the link, Mozilla Firefox (which can be downloaded for free), Google Chrome, Safari, Opera or Internet Explorer version 11 or later may be used. Older versions of Internet Explorer may not be compatible.
• If you wish your reference to remain confidential in the event of a Subject Access Request, please answer the relevant question on the referee form accordingly.

If the applicant has registered you using a personal (rather than professional or institutional) email address, please make sure you explain the reason (eg retirement) in your reference letter.

We recommend that you retain a copy of the reference, as you will not be able to view it after it has been submitted.
