The 360-degree feedback assessment, as part of the UNICEF LeadOn Support resources is being administered by an external company, Envisia Learning. 

This message serves as a reminder for one of two potential scenarios:

• Your own 360-degree self-assessment has yet to be finalized and/or
• A colleague/peer has nominated you as a 360-degree rater and the assessment has yet to be finalized. 

Your views are important and the process cannot be completed until your responses are sent. As such, we would like to ask you to complete the questionnaire as soon as possible.

By way of reminder, your individual responses to the UNICEF LeadOn 360 Assessment will be computer scored and combined with results from others who have also completed the questionnaire. The feedback from all raters will be summarized in a comprehensive summary report. Individual responses cannot be identified, unless you are the individual's Direct Manager.

The UNICEF LeadOn 360 Assessment should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. At the end of the questionnaire, you will have an opportunity to provide responses to open-ended questions on strengths and opportunities for development. These comments can be especially helpful in interpreting the quantitative data.
