Dear Lika,

one more question concerning the set-up of the new SESA.

Deputy Minister wrote below that your plan is to set up the new Agency in the following regions

The offices of new Employment Agency will be in Tbilisi, Batumi (Adjara) , Kutaisi (Imereti), Telavi (Kakheti), Rustavi (Kvemo-Kartli), Zugdidi (Samegrelo), Gori (Shida-Kartli)  with new model (i.e. 5 staff)  and all other regions with 2 staff (no new model in 2020).

 

So staffing plan would be:

  1. Tbilisi – 5
  2. Batumi, Adjara – 5
  3. Kutaisi, Imereti – 5
  4. Telavi, Kakheti – 5
  5. Rustavi, Kvemo-Kartli – 5
  6. Zugdidi, Samegrelo – 5
  7. Gori, Shida-Kartli – 5
  8. Ozurgeti, Guria – 2
  9. Ambrolauri, Racha-Lechkhumi – 2
  10. Akhaltsikhe, Samtse-Javakheti – 2
  11. Mtskheta, Mtskheta-Tianeti – 2
  12. Abkhazia?

 

Overall, this is 43 staff. Have I understood correctly?

Yesterday, we talked about approximately 50 people – does that then include the management in Tbilisi?

Dear Tamar, thank you very much. Yesterday, you mentioned that you plan to open offices of the new Employment Agency in 7 regions in 2020. Which are these?

The Guidelines for Grant Applicants mention:

Tbilisi, Adjara, Imereti, Kakheti, Kvemo-Kartli, Samegrelo, Shida-Kartli, Guria and Racha-Lechkhumi

Three regions need to be covered by our project, whereby involvement of Guria, or Racha-Lecchkhumi, or Imereti, or Kakheti is compulsory.
