Dear Lika,
I was just contacted by the monitoring team of the Support to Skills Development for Matching the Labour Market Needs programme. At the Steering Committee meeting on Friday they announced a visit to our project which will take place tomorrow. Today they announced a number of topics they are particularly interested in.
In addition to questions regarding organisational arrangements relating to the Employment Support Agency which we presumably find in the Order No 01-110 of the Ministry from 31 October 2019 on the establishment of the Agency they mentioned the following two items:
1. They would like to receive information from us on training delivered for the ESA staff related capacities. The information I have is from the monitoring report of June 2018 on the Twinning Project ESS Capacity Building. The report says that a total of 150 persons underwent training, thereof 14 training of trainers. However, this report is more than one year old, and there might have been additional trainings held in the meantime by the trainers of the SSA/ESS. Could you please let me know whether this has been the case? It would also be good to know whether the trainees are still working in their positions.
2. The monitors are also asking whether there are any – even if initial – indicative state budget allocations for 2020 for the Agency.
Finally, could you also be so kind as to inform me on the process of hiring staff for the positions in the Agency?
Thank you very much in advance for your reply and best regards,
Heinrich
