Dear Deputy Minister,

first of all, let me thank you for the office space you made available for our project. It is perfectly suitable for us and we are very pleased about it. We brought in a few additional items a week ago and I will agree with Lika about a time to set up the internet connection. For the moment I am still using our office at the Ministry of Culture, because I am working closely with our Team Leader on the draft of the Inception Report. In this context I would like to ask you for a meeting to gather further information on some topics relevant for the planning of our activities during the Implementation Phase which need to be defined in the Inception Report.

I have questions regarding the current state and schedule for setting up the Employment Service Agency, specifically the employment of staff and the official starting date. Further, it would be helpful to receive more detailed information on the planned organisational structure, the lines of responsibilities and reporting and, possibly, also about the number and type of staff to be trained at the beginning to ensure a smooth start of the new agency.

As we meet this Wednesday for the interviews for the senior expert position, we could agree on a time suitable for you to hold the proposed meeting.

I look forward to meeting you on Wednesday.

With best regards,

Heinrich Duffner
