Dear colleagues,

Thank you for the information. Before our meeting, please let me inform you on several issues in our Project:
1. Actually, we are working in the annex of the Ministry  (building of the old Ministry for IDP) in the Tamarashvili street - mostly I'm  dealing with the activities of the component No. 3 (IDP issues), preparation of September mission and contracting/operational issues with our partners in the component 1 and 2. 
2. We are going to have the mission on the disability assessment and mental health during next week. Agenda will be provided by tomorrow. 
3. Regarding activities in the component 1 (disability assessment):
- we are planning to organize the interview for the selection of personnel (doctors and functional assessment specialists-case managers) on 16th of September at 14:00 in Georgian association of social workers (GASW) premises. We would kindly invite representatives of the Ministry to take part in the selection process and we kindly ask you to inform us about the participation. 
-on 16th September (from 11:00 to 14:00) and on 17th September (from 10:00 to 14:00) our French expert Yannick Deimat will perform training (in GASW  premises) on the disability assessment procedures, international and French experience.  
-last week we sent to you the situational analysis on the disability assessment and status determination in Samtskhe-Javakheti region. We kindly ask you to provide any comments (if any).

We would be glad to meet you, as soon as we have formal appointment of Deputy Minister. We think it won’t take more than 2-3 days.

 

As for the project premises, I’ve talked to head of our administration and he told me the room will be available from 20th of September.
