Dear Tamila,
I hope this message finds you very well.
As promised (and sorry for the late message because I was in Gachiani today), we have discussed and sharing for your kind consideration a slightly revised budget. If you are fine with this revision, we can move ahead immediately to establishing the tripartite partnership (Parliament, MoIDPHLSA, UNICEF).
Warm regards,
Ghassan

Dear Tamila,
Thank you very much for your email, which I am glad to read. I have been discussing with Kalbatoni Sopo for the last two weeks this initiative, and UNICEF is fully ready and committed to this very important child helpline in response to challenges stemming from Covid-19 crisis.
I am copying my colleagues to have our internal discussion and identification of funds and I will get back to you accordingly, by Friday this week the latest, so we can more ahead with the child helpline as soon as possible.
Warm regards,
Ghassan

Subject: child hotline
Dear Ghassan,
I hope this e-mail finds you well and in good health. I would like to thank you for your willingness to support establishment of Child Hotline in response to growing need of children in the time of COVID-19 response. Below are the calculations we have made in GEL.
I would also like to underline that technically we plan to link the new Child hotline to the server and ATS of LEPL –Agency for State Care and Assistance for the Victims of Human Trafficking. Hence the operators will be based in Agency premises, so the grant agreement needs to be tripartite, including UNICEF, Parliament and State Care Agency.
Please see the calculation below and should you have any questions feel free to initiate a conference call involving Parliament, Ministry of Health, and State Care Agency.
