  1. Please, briefly outline your career and experience, identifying the aspects that are most relevant and how they qualify you for this position
  2. (If not already sufficiently covered by first answer): Could you please indicate your experience of organizing and/or delivering training and other capacity building measures?
  3. What is your understanding of the role of Active Labour Market Policy measures and how do you think that they should be further developed in Georgia?
  4. How much do you know about the New Service Model, and what do you think are its most important aspects?
  5. How do you think the availability , accuracy and/or usability of labour market information might be improved?
  6. How do you think that cooperation and coordination between ministries, agencies and other stakeholders, including those in the regions, can be made more effective?
  7. You have seen from the ToR that the position is not full-time. Can you confirm that any other positions or projects that you have will not prevent you from being available for at least a few days each month?  How soon would you be available to start?
