Dear Tea and Lika,

On behalf of the team I would like to thank you for your participation  and great contribution to the two Workshops on Activation Policies held in Baku and Vienna earlier this years.

As you  have been already informed by our country office team, we are planning to organize a dissemination event (January 22-23, 2020) to present a results from the research and  the discussion we had during the two workshops. For the upcoming dissemination event in Vienna we can accommodate 5 people  and we welcome your appointment of relevant staff  to participate at the event. 

Also, we are attaching the two documents we have prepared in this context and  it would be great if you can send us your feedback on them by December 16, if possible. You have already provided comments on the previous draft and many  thanks for that!

Additionally,  to make  the event  more interactive  we would  like to ask you if you would be interested  to present the attached PPT jointly with Maddalena at the upcoming event. The idea  would be that you present the first half of the PPT( up to page 16) and Maddalena present the second part of the PPT.

We will have join presentation with other countries as well.
