Dear Tamila,

there is no need to apologize. Let´s call at 1pm (Georgian Time) on the 05th of December. Is this convenient for you? You can reach me on Skype if you search for "susannaburkert".

Coming back to your information requests briefly:

  The major Working Methodologies/Principles are:
  - Leadership Style: Our Leadership style is situational an cooperative.
  - The Organisation is a Matrix Organisation.
  - We are applying Performance Management.
  - Our Planning Process (MBO) is iterativ (Bottom-up not Top Down)
  - We are working with Business Processes (Management Processes, Core Processes and Supporting Processes)
  - We are actually in the middle of a transition into a agile Organization, which will affect the above mentioned principles and methodologies.

I hope that I understood your question right? If not so, please let me know.
  ...

- Integrated Management Systems
  a) Quality Control Systems
The Quality System applied by the BA depends on the part of the Organisation.
In our Educational Institutions as well in our Medical Services we apply ISO 9001:2015.
In other parts of the Organisation for Instance the Public Employment Services we follow the European framework für Quality Management
EFQM also known for Public Services as so called Common Assessment Framework (CAF).
The IT-System House of the BA uses the Infra Structure Library ITIL for IT Service Management and several others.

  b) Risk Management - The three lines of defense (Internal Control, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal audit)
The BA applies the COSO ERM FRAMEWORK

- Digitization Strategy
The BA as an Organization has it´s Strategy. The IT-Strategy of the BA is closely aligned with the BA´s organisational Strategy - both
Strategies are supporting the governmental IT Strategy. A part of the governmental IT-Strategy is expressed in the "Online Access Act"
  (Online-Zugangs-Gesetz).

If you want to get more detailed Information on the above mentioned topics, do not hesitate to ask further question.

I would like to explore the idea to set up an IT Project to strenghten the Migration Governance, in case of interest and need.

I also have two questions regarding my employment contract.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

Susanna Burkert
