Dear colleagues,

As discussed and agreed, we have drafted the Addendum N 1 to the MoU signed on 24 April 2020 on the creation of the hotline specialized on child-related issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. This Addendum defines the roles and responsibilities of the parties for creation of the adolescent/youth hotline for supporting their mental health and psychosocial needs with focus on substance abuse and gambling.

Please find attached the Georgian and English versions of the Addendum for your kind feedback.

Thank you and kind regards

Nana Pruidze
