Dear Beka,

In response to your request, be kindly informed that we are ready to organize two day training for the newly appointed inspectors as well as for the old ones. Training will include topics on international labour standards, labour code amendments that entered into force in 2013 and the law on occupational safety. The trainers will be the ILO national consultants Mr. Zakaria Shvelidze and Mr. Irakli Kandashvili.

In order to agree the specific topics you wish to discuss on the training and the dates of the workshop I suggest to have short meeting this week.

Looking forward for your feedback.

Best regards,

Dear Ekaterine,

Thank you for the cooperation and contributions you are making  in the development of the Labor Inspection system.

As you know, the Georgian law on Occupational Safety entered into force, as well as the number of labor inspector’s grew up (for today we have 16 newly hired Labor Inspectors).

Besides, Labour Conditions Inpsecting Depaqrtment (LCID) supervises organizations under the government decree #682 to inspect labor right’s component.

As you can see responsibilities and duties have grown up and LCID needs to organize short term trainings for the newly hired staff (16 Labor Inspector)  according to the changes made in the Labour law after 2013 in Georgia.

Besides, within the life-long learning,  LCID recommends to organize trainings for the old Labor inspectors too.

Above this information, Could you organize trainings for them?

For more details I will contact to you.

Kind regards,

პატივისცემით   |   Sincerely
