Dear Tamuna,
For us is better to wait for next week and have the meeting with you. Meanwhile, we will brief Nutsi on our discussion with USAID during the visit.
As we are all in a seminar on Thursday and Friday, I hope you will have time next Tuesday (21.05) or Wednesday (22.05).
Best regards,
Milena

Dear Milena,
Thank you for the information. I am happy to hear that the pilot is going well and the involvement of the team is not an issue.
Unfortunetely This week is a pretty busy week for me and I will not be able to meet. Either you can meet with Nutsi and Deprtment staff without me or we can schedule a meeting next week for May 20th.
Thanks, Tamuna

Subject: progress of the pilot in Adjara
Dear Tamuna,
Last week I travelled to Adjara together with USAID (Mediko) to monitor the progress of the social model pilot. We visited 2 health care facilities, talked to teams and even observed one functional assessment. In general were happy to see
that the medical facilities are well involved, teams are well trained and have a good approach to the claimants. It seems also that the feedback from the claimants on the assessment instrument is positive and they appreciate the additional information received
on their entitlements. At the same time, as the pilot evolves we could see also issues that need to be discussed such as:
I would like to kindly request to meet you together with USAID, share our observations and discuss how to reflect the learning in the piloting process. I will call you tomorrow to follow up on this message and try to find time that suits
us all, hopefully this week.
Kind regards,
Milena
