Dear Lika,
Do you have any update for this? We don’t have a lot of days in the year left to plan this event. Your guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mehjabeen

Dear Lika,
Thanks for your feedback, we can have as many of those that still work as the Ministry that can make it. And we can substitute with others from the same departments for those that are no longer at the Ministry.
To reach a total of approximately 10.
Thanks,
Mehjabeen

Dear Mehjabeen,Hope you are doing good!
Unfortunately, 10 out of those persons in the list attached do not work at the Ministry. That's the result of the reorganization.
Any suggestions what can we do in this case?
Regards,
Lika

Dear Lika,
I would like to follow up on the email below from our head of office to Deputy Minister Barkalaia and my email prior to this (attached). We would like to hold a half day workshop for the PGA respondents in Tbilisi before the end of the year. We have attached a list of those who had responded during the interview phase. If we have 10 of these people in the workshop/meeting for half a day this would be sufficient. At this point, we would really like to complete the assessment by the end of the year as all the main steps have already been taken with the exception of this one workshop. I trust that this is something we can arrange by the end of the year.
Thanks,
Mehjabeen

Dear Deputy Minister, dear Tamila:
Aware of the challenging times, I would like to kindly inquire, if there would be a possibility to organize the meeting with the Minister concerning cooperation with and support provided by UN Women and discussed next steps.
There are several issues we wish to get feedback on, in particular, a follow up of Participatory Gender Audit findings and possible UN Women technical support, and possibility of Georgia to join EPIC, a joint ILO-UN Women-OECD initiative in support of closing the pay gap between men and women. We still plan to hold the international conference on EPIC on December 12th , and therefore the position of the Ministry would be crucial to know.
I would like to thank you gain you again for your kind support for Progress report launch. As you know, there are possibilities to explore cooperation between the Ministry, UN Women and ILO around costing the package of family-friendly services and transfers, that may inform further work of the Ministry in this area.
I am very much looking forward to possible dates of the meeting with Minister as well as with you.
Sincerely,
Erika Kvapilova
