Dear Deputy Minister
It was a great pleasure to meet you during our recent visit and project presentation at the MoIDPLHSA, and we were both pleased and excited by with your kind offer to engage with us directly in our Inception Phase project planning and preparations. Heinrich Duffner and I would like to follow this up with a meeting on a date and at a time convenient to yourself, so that we can start a detailed and intensive dialogue about our delivery of the technical assistance that the Ministry and the new Employment Services Agency will need.
I am copying this email to the EU Delegation and also to Lika Klimiashvili, the Ministry’s project coordinator for information.
I hope it will be possible to arrange a meeting in the very near future and we sincerely look forward to our collaboration over the next four years.
