Following to Tako’s message below, the information requested would be very useful for the labour mediation certification process. Also, we would like to ask the Ministry of how would it deals with the recognition of the certification after its issued by the ILO.

 

As discussed before with Tamnua, we will need to establish a link between the engagement of mediators in handling  number of cases per year and the ILO certification.  This would entice more participation and engagement by the roaster mediators.
