Thanks for this, and I hope that you too are well. I confirm that I am quite safe and healthy and in solitary confinement in my flat in Tbilisi, unable to see my family during this crisis. I would like to revise the draft work on core competence training before sending it to you and, because I have some important and rather time-consuming reporting obligations to the EUD this week, shall complete the revisions at the beginning of next week. I will send it as soon as I have done that.

I am sorry to have kept you waiting, but there have been many things to do during the past few days and I have also been suffering from a very bad cold. Ani has prepared a first draft of a proposal for key competences training and, although I know your need is very urgent,  I would like to work on it a little more with her before sharing it. Next week I expect to have far more time available, and hope to be able to send you something on Monday or Tuesday (latest), which can serve as a basis for a more concrete discussion on the issue.
