The part describing how eligibility to the cash benefits will be determined and verified, as well as the FM section describing the disbursement flows to beneficiaries and a description of the control mechanisms need further elaboration. I am also attaching a sample of FM chapter that you can draw on. Djamshid will be in contact with your team and the PIU members once hired to help finalize this specific FM section.
