Georgian Post has proven significant improvement in the field of labour rights and continues to work to ensure safe and comfortable labour environment. Additionally, Georgian Post has already completed the workplace safety doctrine, which is successfully implemented. Georgian post is one of the pioneers among state owned companies improving the working environment for the employees.

 

Georgian railway JSC expressed readiness to review the salaries at the railway by June 2021 within the scope of company’s funds and objective ability, taking into consideration the audited results and the profitability of the company in year 2020. Besides, Georgian Railway JSC emphasizes that it is always ready to consult and negotiate with Trade Unions.
