Greetings,
I have two more questions (very small ones, please find attached) and two other general questions.
1) Many people will need to ne accommodated (seated) within the ministry? Is it only one team leader? what would you need to have access to? – we need to inform our administration department so they would be ready.
2) Did you receive feedback from other departments health? IDPs? And is it already incorporated within the document? As I cannot comment on their parts.
Kind regards
Nutsi

Dear Nutsi, dear Coleagues,
I am sending separately a corrected methodology taking into accounts all your suggestions. It is in track-change mode. I did not include our colleagues from UNICEF because it is more internal documents between the Ministry, AFD and Expertise France, concerning not only disability but other issues as well
If you don’t have any additional comments, we can proceed with the contract signature and expert mobilisation.
With kind regards
Andrei

Dear Nutsi,
Of course, I don’t have their contact information. This is why I did not send them. We need to put them into the circle because some questions are concerning them directly
With kind regards,
Andrei

Dear Nutsi,
Please find attached the reviewed methodology for Pillar 1 disability assessment in line with your suggestions. Could you please approve it or give your suggestions. If you agree we can finalise the proposal and proceed with the contracting (it is more urgent now).
Furthermore, we have some additional questions after studying the materials you have sent to us (“2019 03 11 Questions”). We don’t need the answers on these questions before contracting, but we need them in order to prepare the detailed methodology of piloting in Samtskhe Javakheti region. Probably we can set another confocal in order to discuss these issues?
For the time being we foresee the first mission between 14 and 20 of April. We will work on proposal of working programme
With kind regards,
Andrei
