Dear Tamila,

I assume you are aware that I’ll be meeting with the Minister today at 12:00. While I’m hoping you will be at the meeting as well, I wish to ask if I can drop by at your office in case you are not with your Minister at the meeting. Please let me know. And, I’m sorry I did not ask for this sooner.

I also wish to invite you to the ballet Nathali either on 17 or 18 October. Please let me know if you are interested and which day you will prefer.

Best regards,

Yoko

Dear Tamila,

Again, the meeting with Minister is postponed! I wonder if we can still meet tomorrow, though. Please let me know.

I hope that you will be able to attend the refugees course in San Remo (specific to Global Compact on Refugees); as you know, we can fully cover the cost if you are selected. In case it helps, we will write a letter to you, or to the Minister? Please let me know.

Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to seeing you.

Best regards,

Yoko

Dear Yoko,

I have been on vacation last week and had no access to e-mail.  I am not sure if I will be attending your meeting with the minister, but I will have a preliminary talk with the minister on integration issues.  We can certainly have a follow up meeting on that same day.  I am at the ministry and will be awaiting for you visit.

Kind regards,

Tamila

Dear Ms. Barkalaia,

Best regards,

Dear Ms. Barkalaia,

I trust everything is well with you.

While I assume you are aware, I wish to inform you that I’m meeting with the Minister Tikaradze at 12:00 today.

I’m not sure if the restructuring of the Ministry has been completed, and understand, given the government change, there will be some delay in the process. However,  I plan to request for the structure to be in place in order to adequately address the integration of refugees/stateless people, which is the Ministry’s mandate, and urge the related government framework to be adopted at the State Commission on Migration Issues (SCMI) and its implementation by the relevant Ministries.

I hope you will not mind if I advocate for your participation in the San Remo International Law Course of October. I hope you had a chance to talk with the Minister; please let me know if I should not raise this issue.

Thank you and best regards,

Yoko

Best regards,

Yoko

Dear Ms. Barkalaia,

I personally asked the Minister’s assistance to set a meeting with the Minister (when I was in the Ministry last Friday).

May I request you to kindly ask your assistant to follow up? My colleague Ms. Tamar Geguchadze contacted your assistant for her support, but had been told I should personally request you for setting up a meeting with Minister. Ms. Geguchadze copied in this msg can follow up further with your assistant.

Thank you for your kind support.

Regarding your participation in the training event in San Remo, please let me know if you are able to participate and send an online application. I will then follow up with our HQs to advocate your participation.

Best regards,

Yoko
