Cash benefits 2018 and 2019:

·         TSA Child benefit increased from 10 to 50 GEL/monthly and as of April 2019 covers over 153 000 children (33% of recipients out of 458 543 beneficiaries) 70 mln annual

·         Social Package for children with disabilities has increased

·         Reintegration from state care to biological family benefits has increased 90-100 for special needs children 130-160 (464 beneficiaries, over 20% (23%)

Social rehabilitation and child care  State programme budget has increased in 2019 by 27% in comparison with 2018. (28 200 000 -  35 890 000 )

Number and coverage of municipalities with services

·         Early intervention 20 this time last year (12 municipalities) 30 services in 13 municipalities (Tbilisi, Kobuleti, Marneuli and Zestaponi new)

·         Rehabilitation habilitation services – 2018 – 24 services (9munc)  2019 29 services (11 muncl. Tbilisi, Lagodekhi and Rustavi)

·         Day centres for children with disabilities. 2018 – 39 services (26 municipalities) 2019 - 41 services (28 municipalities, Sighnagi and Tsalenjikha new)

·         Day centres for prevention of abandonment  in 2018 - 16 Services (9 municipalities) 2019 – 18 services (11 municipalities, Kareli, Zestaponi)

·         SGH for children with severe disabilities and health problems, 1 new home in Tbilisi for 7 children 

·         SGH  in 2018 May 28 (18 municipalities), 30  (18 municipalities)

·         Children in street situation – 2018 4 mobile groups (2 munc)  – 2019 6 mobile groups (3 munc, Rustavi, TBL)

  Increase in funding Child services

·         Foster Care funding for children with disabilities and special needs has increased by 50% (600-900 monthly)

·         Small group homes funding for children with disabilities and special needs has increased by 50% (20-30Gel/daily), no disabled 17-20Gel/daily

·         Day cantres has increased by 25% (230-290)

·         Mother and infant shelter mother and children with special needs/disability
