Dear Joanna,
I’ve discussed the timing with my colleague and the ideal timing will be second week of September, if not possible last days of the first week of September would also be possible.
Regards
Nutsi

Many thanks Nutsi. I am also waiting for a response from the Swedish partners so we will need to coordinate with them as well. I will let you know their preferences as soon as I hear.
Kind regards,
Jo

Dear Nutsi and colleagues,
I have just heard from colleagues in Beijing that the dates of the study tour have to be postponed as there have been last minute changes to the participants and therefore delays to their internal government approval procedures. The Director of the Social Work Division, Department of Charity Promotion and Social Work sends his profound apologies to you and other colleagues in Georgia, but explains that this situation is unavoidable.
They are proposing to reschedule for later in the summer, and their preferred dates would be in August, but if this is not possible then the first week of September could be a possibility. What do you think, might this be possible and do you have any preference for dates in August? Once we agree dates, we will need to again send the letter reflecting the new list of participants.
Thank you for your understanding and apologies for this last minute change.
With best regards,
Jo
