First of all, please accept  my apologies  for the delay in responding  which was due to extremely tight schedule of previous weeks.

 

I would like to thank you for your efforts at preparing and timely submitting the documents for the 1st SCM meeting.

 

As regards our feedback to the documents provided, the structure and the content of the draft initial Rolling Work-Plan no. 1 is in principle  acceptable, but we would advise to consider certain amendments based on our recommendations (document with our comments attached to the e-mail).

 

Concerning the project Logframe,  there is no need to add separate activities to the Table. What is rather expected is the review and amendment (if necessary) of the targets for each and every indicator and identification of baselines and targets in case of indicators, where this information is missing.

 

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a need for more clarifications from our side.

The budget will be circulated with official Invitation on Monday, 18th November. 

 

Should you require access to the CVs of the experts we would be pleased to provide them to you in a separate tool. 

 

In addition, we are kindly requesting your consent on the attendance of 2 representatives of the Project's Consortium Partner from Spain (FIIAPP F.S.P., a fully EC mandated body for twinning projects in Spain ) at the 1st SCM.
