შეიარაღებულ კონფლიქტებშიო ბავშთა მონაწილების ანგარიშის 23-ე პუნქტის ბოლო აბზაცზე,  კომიტეტის მიერ არასწორედ იღქნა აღმული გასაჩივბრების მექანიზმები ვინაიდან ვისაუბრეთ შიდაზე, რაც არ გამორიცხავს გარე მექანიზმებს. კერძოდ:

According to the LEPL General Giorgi Kvinitadze Cadets Military Lyceum’s Statute, it ensures the accomplishment of both inner and independent complaint mechanisms for cadets, stating that; “Disciplinary measures are enacted by the director of the lyceum or by the disciplinary committee (in case of its creation), that can be appealed in board of trustees, ინ Ministry of Defense of Georgia or in Court”. (art.28, paragraph “c”) accordingly all cadets have right to use independent compliant mechanisms such as court.
