As you might know there have been some changes in the ministry, plus we already have commitments on 3^rd of July.

This will give us some time to better prepare for the workshop and invite our partners from UNICEF and Association of Social Workers.

We are proposing to organise an internal meeting and workshop on disability during the period 1, 2 and 3 of July. Is it suitable for you ?

We though to work 1 and 2 July at Tbilisi and eventually organise an event at Akhaltsikhe 3 of July, once we agree on all details. But we can organise it later on if you consider it premature

We can come to you with detailed proposal of program for these three days tomorrow.

Greeting and sorry for a bit of a late response. I was in the field.

Thank you for the email, I’m very happy we’re going forward with this.

Before we start discussing anything in Akhaltsikhe, holding any meetings other stakeholders I believe we need to have an internal meeting and workshop as planned, that never took place.

After detailed plan of action for the TA (I know we have a draft but will need get into details) we can discus meeting in Akhaltsikhe and the topics that the meetings will cover.

Following my previous message, I revert back to you to start preparing the next steps of the TA on disability assessment, and especially the next mission of EF to Tbilisi and Samtskhe Javareti, that EF proposes to hold during the first week of July. One of the main objective of the mission is to organize the workshop in Akhaltsikhe to :

-          Present the pilot project and functional evaluation approach

-          Discuss on medical and social programs for PWD

-          Present of best practices including French experience
