Let me share with all the partners our inception report. It concerns not only pillar 1, but I joint as well the action plan for piloting in Samtskhe Javarety region.

We need to agree next week

1)      Last version of positions to be published (Functional Assessment Specialists, Case Managers)

2)      The local expert who will be able to carry out pilot region assessment

We can propose to organise next mission to Samtskhe Javarety region once we will agree on all the details of the methodology either 22-23 of July or 25-26 of July.

As all of us have agreed that we are holding   the meeting/workshop on 1^st and 2^nd of July in order to agree on the action plan for Samtskhe-Javakheti I suggest we start planning as we don’t have much time left.

As we will need to get into details of the action in order to ensure smooth implementation of the process I suggest  we allocate at least 4 hours for each day (1^st and 2^nd).

Please let us know:

1)       if you prefer morning or afternoon;

2)      please confirm your participation and availability;

3)      let us know if you have any other suggestion;

Thank you for quick reply. We will come to Tbilisi 30/06 and will be available for any meetings 1, 2 and 3 of July. As far as you are busy 3/07 we can use this day for fine tune our methodology and to meet other partners.
