Dear Deputy Minister Barkalaia,

We would like to invite the Ministry to a planning retreat during the week of January 20^th in Borjomi, Georgia. As you re aware our project covers the South Caucasus and we would like to bring together the key partners in all three countries to discuss progress of 2019 and to plan in relative detail 2020. We would greatly appreciate if you could nominate up to two people from the Ministry Responsible for Labour in Georgia to participate by January 10^th, 2020. A draft programme is attached for your information. Please note, UN Women will cover all costs of participation as well as the cost of travel.
