I am writing to confirm that, following agreement by the ETF on the wording of revised BS Indicator 2.3 and corresponding text in the passport, my colleague Heinrich Duffner has now received confirmation (see also the email attachment) that the change has been accepted by the MoIDPLHSA.

The wording of Indicator 2.3 and corresponding text in the attached document may therefore be regarded as final.
