Dear Deputy Minister Barkalaia,

Thank you for the confirmation of the meeting with you for February 13^th. As you recall we had had meeting in year 2019 to discuss the partnership with UN Women and to introduce the project. We would like to follow-up on this discussion and update you on the work completed to date and the plans for 2020. In particular we would like to discuss the following:

• Gender Pay Gap Event (publicly launching the report and analysis)
• Equal Pay International Coalition: progress + next steps
• Update on Decree on Hazardous Work
• Participatory Gender Audit (PGA): progress + next steps
• Regulatory Impact Assessment inline with the ILO conventions (Maternity Protection C183, Workers with Family Responsibilities C156, Domestic Workers C189)
• Social Protection Floors Assessment (in partnership with ILO)
• Any other areas of technical support and collaboration
