Dear Deputy Minister Barkalaia,

We would like to cordially ask you to designate the provisional dates for the Participatory Seminar of the PGA (Participatory Gender Audit) now ongoing in the Ministry responsible for the Labor and Social Affairs. The seminar is an integral part of the PGA, serves and an organizational learning exercise and validates the initial findings of the desk review and the interview-based research.

The seminar is a day-and-a-half undertaking. We can hold it on the Ministry's premises or hire the hotel and the conference hall outside of Tbilisi (as per your decision). We are tentatively proposing August 19-22 for the seminar; otherwise, we have to postpone it in the first half of September.
