Dear Ms Veltauri,
please find attached an outline of an institutional development plan for SESA. I want to emphasise that we see this outline as a first approach to a more detailed plan that can guide the establishment of an independent employment agency. The draft is of a tentative nature and it certainly needs many corrections and adjustments. In addition to the Road Map and the overview of ESS trainings in 2019 we received already, we also attach some previous documents submitted by the project on various topics.
I took considerably more time than expected to comment on the proposed Road Map for SESA, but I think it makes sense to discuss and agree on a comprehensive development plan that allows for a systematic approach to tackle the numerous issues to be dealt with in the establishment of the Agency.
Best regards,
Heinrich Duffner
