Dear Mr. Hechler and Mr. Krins,
As you already are informed, Mrs. Susanna Burkert has been working since 20.01.2020 as an integrated expert at the State Employment Support Agency (SESA) in the Ministry of IDPs from the occupied territories of Georgia, Labour, Health and Social Affairs. When signing the contract, the parties agreed to amend the contract at the end of March 2020 and Ms. Burkert's employer would be the Ministry instead of the Agency.

Due to the difficult situation in the Country caused by the new covid-19 virus, the ministry only prioritizes those activities that are crucial and important for the measures to combat the virus.

In any case, the Agency and the Ministry will return to the question of Susanna Burkert's contract as soon as the current situation in the country has stabilized.
