Dear Tamar, colleagues,

Hope all is fine on your side.

Let me revert to you, as promised, with our consolidated views on the BS support indicator that concern your ministry.

2.2 - Number of job intermediations provided by employment offices nationwide (0.8 million for full achievement)

This seems difficult to achieve indeed. We would need to see what is the best way forward:

·       postponement (but this also comes with postponement of the tranche) or

·       can partial achievement be considered (also this comes with partial payment)? This may be relevant as such intermediation is really needed now in the recovery period when we move focus from health support and social aid to addressing the unemployment and the economic resumption.

Let me also mention three other horizontal aspects, to have a clear overall picture:

·       all postponements of the indicators come with a postponement of the associated tranche so this needs to be also consulted with the Ministry of Finance;

·       partial achievement comes with partial payment of the tranches and that part that has not been paid will not be paid the year after nor later;

·       all changes we agree to operate need to be then formalised in formal exchanges of letters.

Looking forward for your views.

Best regards

Catalin
