Dear Steering Committee Members,

It is a pleasure to present to you the Project's Draft Initial Rolling Work-Plan no. 1, Communication and Visibility Plan, Lograme as well as draft Invitation with Agenda and List of Invitees of the SCM no. 1, as enclosed with this email.

The budget will be circulated with official Invitation on Monday, 18th November.

Should you require access to the CVs of the experts we would be pleased to provide them to you in a separate tool.

In addition, we are kindly requesting your consent on the attendance of 2 representatives of the Project's Consortium Partner from Spain (FIIAPP F.S.P., a fully EC mandated body for twinning projects in Spain ) at the 1st SCM.
