Dear Ms Barkalaia, 

 

I am writing to You in regards of tentative date for the presentation of the proposals for the twinning CfP GE 17 ENI OT 02 19 "Improving the Standards of Employment Conditions / Relations as well as Health and Safety at Work in Georgia". 

The preliminary date of around June 25th stands very inconvenient due to our and our consortium partners obligations in other projects and activities, though the preliminary indicated date was June 17th. 

The flights are already planned, because we have some difficulties of not having direct flight to Your beautiful Tbilisi.

We would be very grateful if You could reconsider the schedule and appoint a presentation meeting on the first foreseen day of June 17th. June 17th is also the most optimal date for our team due to flight schedules and travel circumstances.

 

I hope You understand our situation on this matter.

Unfortunately, our viceminister Egle Radisauskiene was not able to participate in the conference due to health related issues and use this opportunity to talk with you.
