კიდევ ერთხელ დიდი მადლობა იმისათვის, რომ  სურვილი გამოთქვით განიხილოთ ჩვენი შემოთავაზება თქვენთან სამომავლო თანამშრომლობაზე ევროკავშირის საპროექტო განაცხადის ფარგლებში. გიზიარებთ კონცეფციიდან  ამონარიდს პროექტის  მიზნების, სამიზნე ჯგუფის და მოსალოდნელი შედეგების შესახებ.

Overall Objective: To contribute to fostering the employability and employment of women and men (especially NEET, IDPs, Youth Leaving and After Care, Caregivers from Low Income Families) in Georgia

Specific Objective: Vulnerable youth and care givers have improved access to employment through evidenced based education on social and life skills, employability and entrepreneurial learning and  strengthened private-public cooperation in Tbilisi, Imereti, Guria, Samegrelo, Racha-Lechkhumi by 2023

Target group(s); ) at least 250 Vulnerable youth, women and men (age15-29): (1) Youth leaving or after care; (2) Young People Not in Employment, Education and Training (NEET); (3) Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs);(4) Caregivers from low income families (incl. WHHH). (b) Min. 40 representatives governmental and non-governmental institutions

Estimated outputs: Objective 1. At least 40 professionals from public and civil society organizations increased professional capacity on youth outreach, evidence-based social and life skill education, employability and entrepreneurship learning. Objective 2. At least 250 disadvantaged youth (15-29 years old) and caregivers strengthened their life, employability and entrepreneurship skills based on their individual needs and resources. Objective 3. Improved access to jobs through counselling, internships and strengthening of public- private partnerships (PPP) in the 5 target regions. Objective 4. Increased recognition of unpaid domestic and care work, so female caregivers can better access trainings and jobs. Objective 5. National and regional stakeholders (1) learn about best practices on skill development, anticipation and matching and entrepreneurial learning and are (2) aware of the needs of vulnerable youth and caregivers.

ჩვენი თქვენთან თანამშრომლობა მოიაზრება შემდეგ ნაწილებში:

Objective 1. At least 40 professionals from public and civil society organizations increased professional capacity on youth outreach, evidence-based social and life skill education, employability and entrepreneurship learning.  (აქ ჩვენ მოვიაზრებთ შემდეგს: ეს-ო-ეს-ი აფლატუნისაგან შეისყიდის მტკიცებულებაზე დაფუძნებული ლიცენზირებულ პროგრამას, რომელიც ემსახურება ახალგაზრდების დასაქმების უნარ-ჩვევების (სოციალური/ცხოვრებისული უნარ-ჩვევები, დასაქმების უნარ-ჩვევები და სამეწარმეო უნარ-ჩვევები) გაზრდას. იმისათვის რომ მათი პროგრამა მოერგოსა საქართველოს კონტექსტს, იგეგმება 5 დღიანი კონტექსტუალიზაცის სამუშაო შეხვედრა, სადაც აფლატუნის წარმომადგენლობასთან (ჰოლანდიიდან ჩამოვლენ თბილისში) ერთად ქართველი ექსპერტებიც მიიღებენ მონაწილეობას. ჩვენი ვფიქრობთ რომ კარგი იქნება თუ  დასაქმების ხელშეწყობის  სახელმწიფო სააგენტოს (არ ვარ დარწმუნებული დასახელაბას სწორად თუ ვუთითებ) წარმომადგენლებიც მიიღებენ კონტექსტუალიზაციაში მონაწილეობას ( 5 დღიანი კონტექსტუალიზაციის შეხვედრა გაიმართება თბილისში).  კონტექსტუალიზაციის შემდეგ იგეგმება აღნიშნულ პროგრამის შესახებ Master Trainer-ების და სპეციალისტების გადამზადება და სატრენინგო მოდულის გადაცემა. აქაც გადამზადების ნაწილში, სხვა სახელმწოფო სტრუქტურების წარმომადგენლებთან ერთად შესაძლებელია  დასაქმების ხელშეწყობის  სახელმწიფო სააგენტოს წარმომადგენლებიც გადავამზადოთ 5 ლოკაციიდან (თბილისი, სამეგრელო, გურია, რაჭა-ლეჩხუმი და იმერეთი). თქვენ რამდენ ადამიანსაც მოაზრებთ, ჩვენ შეგვიძლია ისინი თბილისში ტრენინგზე მოვიწვიოთ. ტრენინგს ჩაატარებს აფლატუნის  წარმომადგენლები და აღნიშნული ლიცენზირებული პროგრამის ცოდნას და კურიკულუმს გადასცემენ მათ.  (რამდენად მისაღებია ეს შემოთავაზება თქვენთვის?)

პროექტის ფარგლებში იგეგმება Study Tour ავსტრიაში, სადაც სამთავრობო სტრუქტურების წარმომადგენლებს საშუალება ექნება ავსტრიაში ნახონ ის სერვისები და სახელმწიფო პროგრამები, რომლების ეხება დასაქმების შესაძლებლობების გაზრდას.  აქაც, თქვენი სააგენტოდან ნომინირებული პიროვნება შეძლებს მონაწილეობის მიღებას თუ ამის სურვილი თქვენი მხრიდან იქნება.
