Dear Tamila,
I wish to formally inform you I’m leaving UNHCR operations in the South Caucasus as of 1 November.
On the occasion, I wish to invite you to my farewell party (and not a RECEPTION J) at Shushabandi •შუშაბანდი restaurant located at

I hope you will be able to join me for my farewell; so that I can introduce you to our new Representative.
I also wish to check with you if you are able to join me to the
