Dear partners,
As you may know, every year the EU organises a large scale Europe Day public event in Tbilisi. This year it will be on Saturday 4th May in Rike Park.
Europe Day is the EU’s flagship event in Georgia and this year we will again include a zone highlighting our partners and the results of EU funded projects in Georgia. We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate.
Key information:
- The event will take place on Saturday, 4 May at Rike Park, Tbilisi;
- Partner are invited to exhibit in a dedicated zone (limited space!) located in the park right next to Peace Bridge. This zone will be active from 12:00-17:00;
- Each exhibitor will receive a 3x3m tent, tables and chairs. Other items/support can be discussed on an individual basis;
- Experience shows that interactive activities (quizzes, materials for photos, very visible installations like UNDP's scales last year) help in attracting visitors;
- Setup will most likely happen the evening before the event. We will share more concrete details once it is clear who will participate in this zone;
- We will share visuals and more detailed information for promotion on social media shortly.
Please let us know if you are interested in participating in this year's Europe Day in Tbilisi by Friday, 19 April 12:00. We will revert back to you by Monday 22 April.
