I am attaching a brief paper drafted by Ani Kitiashvili which I have reviewed and slightly amended and which I have also checked with Heinrich Duffner. The paper is intended to provide a basis and starting point for our discussions on the issue of including key competence learning within the short training course programs of SESA, and for our assistance to the development of the proposed modules.
