Once again thanks a lot for your time and involvement. As just discussed, Monday, 19 August 2019, COB Manila time, is the hard deadline in receiving the travel document (copy of passport) of all ADB-funded resource persons and participants. Beyond this date, we are afraid that the APSP Secretariat won’t be able to process the logistical and administrative arrangements in relation to DM’s participation to APSP.

Thank you for your kind support and looking forward to receive information on DM Barkalaia’s participation in the event by or on 19 August.
